For questions about this Privacy Policy or the processing of your personal data, you can contact:

1. Personal Data I Collect

Depending on how you interact with ElevateHer Wellness, I may collect personal data such as:

  • first name;

  • email address;

  • information you voluntarily provide when communicating with me;

  • information relating to your registration for guides, videos or other free resources;

  • technical information such as IP address, device information, browser information and website activity where collected through website or analytics tools.

I do not intentionally collect sensitive health information through the registration form.

Please avoid sending medical records or other sensitive personal health information unless specifically requested through an appropriate and secure process.

2. How Your Personal Data Is Collected

Personal data may be collected when you:

  • register through a form on this website;

  • request a free guide or other resource;

  • subscribe to email communication;

  • click or interact with emails;

  • contact ElevateHer Wellness;

  • use or navigate the website;

  • access content through links from social media or other digital channels.

3. Why I Process Your Personal Data

Your personal data may be used to:

  • deliver the free guide or resource you requested;

  • provide access to related introduction material;

  • send follow-up emails connected to your registration;

  • provide educational content relating to health, wellness and related topics;

  • provide information about the wellness business model where relevant;

  • respond to questions or requests;

  • manage and improve the website and funnel;

  • understand how users interact with emails and website content;

  • maintain appropriate records and comply with legal obligations.

I will not use your personal data for purposes that are incompatible with those described in this Privacy Policy without an appropriate legal basis.

4. Under the General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”), personal data must be processed on an appropriate legal basis.

Depending on the processing activity, I may rely on:

Consent — for example, where you have agreed to receive certain marketing or email communications.

Performance of a request or agreement — where processing is necessary to provide a guide, resource or service you requested.

Legitimate interests — where necessary for purposes such as operating and improving the website, understanding engagement or communicating about relevant services, provided that those interests do not override your rights and freedoms.

Legal obligation — where processing is required to comply with applicable law.

Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw your consent at any time.

5. Email Communication

When you register for a free guide or other resource, your email address may be used to deliver the requested material and related follow-up communication.

Where required by applicable law, marketing communication will only be sent on an appropriate legal basis.

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by using the unsubscribe link included in the email.

Unsubscribing from marketing communication does not necessarily require deletion of information that must be retained for another lawful purpose.

6. Service Providers and Recipients

I may use third-party service providers to operate the website, manage registrations, send emails, analyse website activity or provide related digital services.

These providers may process personal data on my behalf where necessary to provide their services.

Current or potential service providers may include platforms used for:

  • website and funnel hosting;

  • email marketing and automation;

  • analytics;

  • social media;

  • third-party introduction videos or educational processes.

For example, Systeme.io is used to operate parts of the website, registration process and email communication.

Third parties that independently determine how they process your data are responsible for their own privacy practices.

7. Third-Party Websites and Discovery Process

After registering, you may be directed to content, websites or educational processes provided by third parties, including my mentor's introduction material or a Discovery Process.

If you choose to continue to an independent third-party website or service, that provider's own privacy policy will apply to information collected directly by them.

ElevateHer Wellness is not responsible for the privacy practices of independent third-party websites.

8. Some third-party services used in connection with social media, analytics or other digital tools may process personal data outside the EEA. Where this occurs, appropriate safeguards will be used where required under GDPR. Systeme.io currently states that its servers are hosted in Ireland and that data stored through its service remains within the European Union.

9. How Long Personal Data Is Stored

Personal data is retained only for as long as necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, or where retention is required by law.

For example:

  • subscriber data may be retained while you remain subscribed to relevant communication;

  • communication records may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to manage your request;

  • certain information may be retained where required for legal, accounting or compliance purposes.

Retention periods are reviewed where appropriate.

10. Your Rights Under GDPR

Depending on the circumstances, you may have the right to:

  • request access to your personal data;

  • request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data;

  • request deletion of your personal data;

  • request restriction of processing;

  • object to certain processing;

  • receive certain personal data in a portable format;

  • withdraw consent where processing is based on consent;

  • lodge a complaint with a data protection authority.

These rights are subject to the conditions and exceptions set out in applicable data protection law.

To exercise your rights, contact:

info@elevateherco.se

11. Complaints

If you believe your personal data has been processed incorrectly, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

In Sweden, the supervisory authority is the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten, IMY).

You are welcome to contact ElevateHer Wellness first so that I can try to address your concern directly.

12. Security

Reasonable technical and organisational measures are used to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss, alteration or disclosure.

However, no method of transmitting or storing information online can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

13. Cookies and Analytics

The website may use cookies or similar technologies for essential functionality, analytics or other purposes.

Where consent is legally required for non-essential cookies or similar technologies, such technologies should not be activated before the appropriate consent has been obtained.

Further information may be provided through a separate cookie notice or cookie settings tool where applicable.

14. Changes to This Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time to reflect changes in the website, services, technology or applicable legal requirements.

The latest version will be published on this website together with the date of the most recent update.
